If you chose DHL Express for shipping, the tracking number can sometimes take up to a week to work during peak seasons. Although once the package gets scanned in, it most likely will arrive to you within a week from the time it gets scanned in.

Although we see most packages going through free shipping can be delivered within 4 weeks, but sometimes delays happen. As long as the tracking still shows it’s in transit, the best thing to do is just to wait. International packages have to go through both export customs and import customs, that can take up to a couple of months occasionally.
