got the zirc version. it is smaller than the v1. my order came with plate options that have extreme grip and smoother grip (2 of each). when disassembling, be careful to have it magnetized to something (the other side), otherwise magnets and the spring may fly out. luckily support was very kind and sent me more spares. has a similar feel, and the middle plate now has the zirconium edges screwed in. an issue i had with v1 was that they edges would fall off and i had to superglue them back on. overall highly recommend.
